4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including limitations on product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention protocols.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Seattle studio. You will receive an order confirmation email. A contract of sale is formed only when we send you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + applicable shipping and taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement. Payment must be cleared before we process and ship your order.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. $12.95 flat rate. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is paramount. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is an integral part of these Terms. By purchasing, you agree to its conditions, including:

• Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in new, unused, resalable condition with all original packaging and materials.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after inspection and approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized/Made-to-Order products, opened bulbs/electrical components, and items not in original condition.

• Delays or failures in shipment, carrier errors, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
