Our collection includes: Ceiling Lights, Desk Lamps, Floor Lamps, Table Lamps, Wall Lights, and Outdoor Lighting. For those who love to personalize, we also offer separate Lamp Bases and Lamp Shades for custom creations. Each piece is selected to blend timeless design with smart functionality.
All Shine Light World designs are conceived in our studio in the heart of Seattle, Washington. We draw inspiration from the serene beauty and innovative spirit of the Pacific Northwest, crafting pieces that bring a touch of this elegance to homes around the globe.
Ordering & Payment
We accept secure payments via major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, as well as PayPal. Your financial security is our priority, and all transactions are encrypted.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer two clear, reliable shipping methods designed for your convenience:
1. Express Standard Shipping: A flat fee of $12.95 USD. We use DHL or FedEx for fast, tracked delivery. Your order is processed in 1-2 business days, with delivery typically completed within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal when you’re eager to transform your space.
2. Value Free Shipping: Completely free on all orders over $50 USD. We use EMS for this economical option. After the same 1-2 day processing, please allow 15-25 business days for delivery. Perfect for planning your lighting landscape.
All orders require 1-2 business days for careful processing and dispatch. The total delivery time then depends on your chosen shipping method:
- Express Standard: ~10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Value Free Shipping: ~15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.
For orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with your local regulations. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is the final piece of our design. If any item does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive instructions.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
